Shipping Policy
Courier and van delivery across Malaysia, long items, and collection from us in Mid Valley City.
Overview
We send orders by courier to addresses across Malaysia, deliver long items by van in the Klang Valley, or you can collect from us at Mid Valley City, Kuala Lumpur.
Dispatch & Delivery Times
We pack and dispatch orders within 1 to 2 working days of payment when items are in stock. Paint is sent within 2 to 3 working days, once we have confirmed the colour with you. Courier delivery normally takes 1 to 3 working days in Peninsular Malaysia and 3 to 7 working days in Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan after dispatch, and can take longer for remote areas and during public holidays. We send you the tracking number when the parcel leaves us.
Long & Heavy Items
The 3 m PVC pipe is too long for a standard courier parcel. We deliver it by van within the Klang Valley, or you can collect it. For addresses outside the Klang Valley we quote delivery before you pay for it. A 5 L pail of paint weighs about 7 kg, which is included in the delivery charge we confirm with you.
Packing
Small items are packed in boxes or padded bags, paint pails are sealed and taped, and tools are sent in their cases or retail packs. If an item arrives damaged, please follow the steps in our Refund Policy.
Delivery Charges
The amount you pay at checkout is the item subtotal. Delivery charges depend on the size and weight of your order and the address, and are confirmed with you by email, phone or WhatsApp before dispatch. You can cancel at no cost if you do not want to go ahead at that point.
Self-Collection
You can collect your order from 40-10, The Boulevard, Mid Valley City, Lingkaran Syed Putra, 59200 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, at no delivery charge. Choose “Collect from us” at checkout. We will message you when it is ready; please bring your order reference.
Address & Failed Deliveries
Please give a full address, including unit number and postcode, and a phone number the driver can reach. For building sites, tell us the gate or block and the hours someone can receive the goods. If a delivery is returned to us because the address was incomplete or no one was available, we will contact you, and a second delivery may be charged.
Trade & Site Deliveries
Delivery for contractor and trade orders, including bulk quantities and site drops, is quoted separately with the order.
