The terms that apply when you use this website and buy from us.
Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of this website and to purchases from TOOLBOSS HARDWARE SDN. BHD. (Reg. No. 202601040907 (1703002-W)) (“Toolboss Hardware”, “we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.
What We Sell
We are wholesalers, distributors and retailers of hardware: locks and door hardware, fasteners, sealants, paint and brushes, plumbing pipes and fittings, taps and shower sets, electrical accessories, hand and power tools, safety equipment and garden tools. The range on this website is 22 products, delivered within Malaysia or collected from us. Contractors, shops and businesses can buy on quoted trade terms.
Product Information & Sizes
We describe each product as accurately as we can, including what comes in the pack. Sizes marked “approx.” are typical figures for that product and can differ slightly between batches. Where a detail is marked “ask us”, it depends on the batch in stock and we confirm it on request before you pay. Please measure the item you are replacing (for example a lock cylinder, a door or a lamp holder) before you order. Colours on screen depend on your display, and paint colours should be checked against a printed colour card.
Installation
Electrical accessories such as wall sockets must be installed by a qualified electrician, in line with Malaysian wiring rules. Plumbing work on mains water and hot-water systems should be done by a competent plumber. We sell the products only and are not responsible for installation work done by you or by others.
Prices & Payment
Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). The amount charged at checkout is the item subtotal. Delivery charges, where they apply, are confirmed with you by email, phone or WhatsApp before dispatch and are paid separately. If an item was listed at an obviously wrong price, we will contact you before sending it and you may cancel for a full refund.
Payment is processed by our payment gateway provider. Your order is confirmed once payment is received and we have checked stock.
Orders, Stock & Trade Quotes
If an item you order is out of stock, we will tell you when it is expected or refund you in full. We may limit quantities per order. For more than twenty of one item, or for contractor and trade orders, please contact us for a quote.
Paint Colours
For interior wall paint you tell us the colour and finish at checkout. We confirm them with you before the paint is prepared. Tinted paint is mixed for your order and cannot be returned unless it is faulty (see our Refund Policy).
Delivery & Risk
Delivery is described in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery or collection. Please check your order when it arrives and tell us about any problem within the time stated in our Refund Policy.
Safe Use
Read the instructions and labels that come with each product. Wear eye protection and gloves when drilling, cutting or demolishing, and keep power tools and their batteries away from water and children. Charge batteries only with the charger supplied. Use sealants and paints in a ventilated room. A safety helmet or gloves protect only to the rating stated for them: check the rating your site requires. We are not responsible for damage or injury caused by misuse or ignoring the instructions.
Faulty Goods
If a product arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing fault under normal use, our Refund Policy explains how we replace or refund it. This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 and other Malaysian law.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for the products concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for the cost of labour to fit or remove a product. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over any dispute.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
